विदेश सचिव हर्षवर्धन श्रृंगला ने कहा कि अफगानिस्तान में पाकिस्तान की भूमिका और आतंकवाद में उसकी संलिप्तता क्वाड शिखर सम्मेलन और प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की द्विपक्षीय चर्चा में चर्चा किए गए मुद्दों में से एक थी।

वाशिंगटन में एक प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान आतंकवाद के लिए पाकिस्तान के समर्थन पर एक सवाल के जवाब में, श्री श्रृंगला ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान वास्तव में कई मायनों में उन समस्याओं के लिए उकसा रहा है जिनसे भारत हमारे पड़ोस और उसके बाहर निपट रहा है।

“द्विपक्षीय चर्चाओं और क्वाड शिखर सम्मेलन दोनों में, एक स्पष्ट भावना थी कि अफगानिस्तान में पाकिस्तान की भूमिका को अधिक सावधानी से देखना, जांच करना और निगरानी करना, आतंकवाद के मुद्दे पर पाकिस्तान की भूमिका को रखा जाना था और निश्चित रूप से चाहे वह क्वाड हो या अन्य भागीदारों को करना था उस कारक पर नज़र रखें, एक महत्वपूर्ण कारक जिसे कभी-कभी अनदेखा कर दिया जाता है जब आप पाकिस्तान को खुद को एक सूत्रधार के रूप में पेश करते हुए देखते हैं कि क्या यह वास्तव में हमारे पड़ोस और उससे आगे की कुछ समस्याओं के लिए उकसाने वाला है, “उन्होंने कहा।

भारत और संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका ने अफगानिस्तान में इस्लामाबाद की भूमिका पर चिंता व्यक्त की है, श्री श्रृंगला ने कहा कि दोनों पक्षों ने अफगानिस्तान में आतंकवाद का मुकाबला करने के महत्व को रेखांकित किया।

उन्होंने कहा, “मुझे लगता है कि इस संबंध में अफगानिस्तान में पाकिस्तान की भूमिका और एक निश्चित दृष्टिकोण के लिए उनके जारी रहने के संबंध में स्पष्ट चिंता थी, जो अंतरराष्ट्रीय समुदाय की उम्मीदों के अनुकूल नहीं था कि अफगानिस्तान कैसा होना चाहिए,” उन्होंने कहा।

गुरुवार को एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस के दौरान, श्री श्रृंगला ने बताया कि अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति कमला हैरिस ने ‘सू मोटो’, आतंकवाद में पाकिस्तान की भूमिका का उल्लेख किया और देश से पीएम मोदी के साथ पहली बैठक के दौरान आतंकवादी समूहों का समर्थन करना बंद करने को कहा।

हैरिस ने पाकिस्तान में आतंकी समूहों की मौजूदगी को स्वीकार किया, श्री श्रृंगला ने कहा कि यह पूछे जाने पर कि क्या पाकिस्तान के तालिबान को प्रोत्साहित करने का मुद्दा पीएम मोदी और अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति के बीच चर्चा के दौरान आया था।

200 करोड़ रुपये के धोखाधड़ी मामले में जैकलीन फर्नांडीज से होगी पूछताछ

 

अभिनेता जैकलीन फर्नांडीज से पिछले महीने धोखाधड़ी के मामले में पूछताछ की गई थी।

अभिनेता जैकलीन फर्नांडीज से प्रवर्तन निदेशालय आज मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में पूछताछ करेगा, जिसमें कॉनमैन सुकेश चंद्रशेखर शामिल हैं। यह दूसरी बार है जब केंद्रीय जांच एजेंसी 36 वर्षीय अभिनेता से 200 करोड़ रुपये की धोखाधड़ी के मामले में पूछताछ करेगी।

सुकेश चंद्रशेखर पर रैनबैक्सी के पूर्व प्रमोटरों शिविंदर सिंह और मलविंदर सिंह के परिवार से 200 करोड़ रुपये ठगने का आरोप है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि श्रीलंकाई अभिनेता अपनी पत्नी लीना पॉल के माध्यम से उनके रडार पर आ गए।

24 अगस्त को, जांच एजेंसी ने कहा था कि उसने चंद्रशेखर के खिलाफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग मामले में चेन्नई में समुद्र के सामने एक बंगला, 82.5 लाख रुपये नकद और एक दर्जन से अधिक शानदार कारों को जब्त किया था।

यह मामला दिल्ली पुलिस की आर्थिक अपराध शाखा की उनके और अन्य के खिलाफ कथित आपराधिक साजिश, धोखाधड़ी और करीब 200 करोड़ रुपये की जबरन वसूली को लेकर प्राथमिकी पर आधारित है।

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने बयान में कहा, “सुकेश चंद्रशेखर इस धोखाधड़ी का मास्टरमाइंड है। वह 17 साल की उम्र से अपराध की दुनिया का हिस्सा रहा है। उसके खिलाफ कई प्राथमिकी दर्ज हैं और वर्तमान में वह रोहिणी जेल में बंद है।” पिछले हफ्ते की छापेमारी के बाद।

जांच के दौरान सामने आए सबूतों के आधार पर जांच एजेंसी ने जैकलीन फर्नांडीज को दूसरी बार तलब किया है. पिछले महीने उनसे करीब पांच घंटे तक पूछताछ की गई थी।
